Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Salesforce Architect with a strong background in Salesforce Multi cloud solutions and expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, with a specific focus on healthcare-related solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating and managing multiple Salesforce clouds, with a deep understanding of Health Cloud's unique capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , Marketing Cloud , Community Cloud , and Health Cloud .
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust, scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to develop teams on best practices, architectural decisions, and implementation strategies.
  • Ensure proper integration and data flow across various Salesforce clouds and external systems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including solution blueprints and integration diagrams.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Health Cloud features and functionality, advising on best practices, implementation strategies, and customizations.
  • Oversee code reviews, quality assurance, and test plans to ensure solutions meet enterprise-grade standards.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other architects to create high-quality solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends, especially in the healthcare domain.
  • Provide training and mentoring to junior team members and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud .
  • Salesforce Multicloud Expertise: Proven experience designing and architecting solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, and Health Cloud).
  • Health Cloud: Deep understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud and its features such as patient management, care plans, member management, clinical data integration, and healthcare-specific workflows.
  • Integration: Strong experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems (e.g., ERP, custom applications, 3rd-party services) using tools like MuleSoft, Salesforce APIs, and middleware platforms.
  • Architecture & Design: Experience with designing solutions based on Salesforce best practices and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant (preferred).
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business processes and define scalable solutions using Salesforce capabilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce.
  • Familiarity with advanced data modeling and data management concepts within Salesforce.
  • Experience with cloud-based healthcare systems or data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
