Role Overview: As a Field Marketing Manager, you will direct our door-to-door Marketing Outreach Team, driving unparalleled lead generation for Great Lakes Home Remodeling. You'll strategically expand territories, recruit and develop talented canvassers, and implement innovative canvassing techniques. Your leadership will ensure extraordinary success, generating substantial financial rewards for you and your team!

• Metal Roofing

• Fiberglass Roofing

• Insulated Siding

• Energy-Efficient Windows

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of 6+ field marketers

• Provide masterful training on proven marketing scripts

• Conduct daily field marketing sessions alongside your team

• Engage in daily team meetings for strategic planning and continuous improvement

• Foster team development and individual growth

Qualifications for Success:

• Proven Leadership in Marketing, Management, or Canvassing
