Job Description: As a Call Center Representative, you will be the friendly and knowledgeable voice of our company, assisting customers with questions, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You'll play a key role in building customer relationships and upholding our company's values of
Servant Heart, Grit, Winning, Vision, and Consistency . You will work closely with other departments to ensure that customer inquiries are resolved promptly and accurately.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Receive incoming calls in a professional, timely and courteous manner!
- Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business!
- Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints.
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing and reviewing purchase orders.
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions!
- Scheduling appointments
Preferred Job Requirements for a Call Center Representative: - Minimum two years admin experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Positive Attitude
- Team player who can work independently.
- General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
- Typing skills a plus
- Be a Superstar (yourself)!!
Pay Range: $15-20 per hour.
