This is a highly visible position with unlimited opportunities to learn and grow, with a direct report into the VP Marketing for the Americas, and an opportunity to partner with Global marketing teams located in Sydney, Australia, and other corporate offices worldwide.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, develop and lead strategic brand direction both short- and long-term opportunities for profitable growth for the portfolio of brands and lead annual planning process.
  • Utilize data to identify consumer insights, trends, and opportunities to develop brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions, new product development that resonate with target consumers.
  • Regularly monitor and report on the brand's performance, provide recommendations for adjustments based on performance metrics and consumer feedback.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.)
  • Influencer & Content : Create and manage engaging content on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and actively engage with the online community.
  • Lead SEO: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor performance to improve search engine rankings.
  • New product innovation ideation and drive it end to end 

 

SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

  • Marketing or business-related degree is essential.
  • Ideally 5+ years experience in CPG. Health industry will definitely be a plus.
  • Sound numerical and PC skills and be self-sufficient in the use of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills paired with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Must demonstrate leadership, creativity, strategic thinking, independence, proactiveness and ownership; follow-through.
  • Experience utilizing data, analysis and reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $100,000 per year
