Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

• Looking for 40 hours/ 8 hours per day.
• Hybrid Model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
• Team setting with work received in 2 ways - - projects assigned by Team Lead or myself or through team mailbox where users pose requests and/or questions.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing, editing, filing, and assembling documentation, including SOPs, vDTPs, and L4s. Familiarity with a controlled document environment is preferred.

Experience:

• Background in learning or training; adult learning principles, course content creation or management.
• Experience with LMS systems (such as ComplianceWire ) is advantageous but not essential.
• Requires excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. Must be able to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy to avoid compliance issues.

• System aptitude - good with using systems; reports; using systems to perform work and support users
• Ability to analyze a problem and determine resolution - answer user questions regarding training courses assigned and due
• Proof courses and document/redline findings
• Must have experience with Microsoft and Visio

Education:

• A high school diploma is required, and an associate's degree is preferred. 1-3 years of experience needed.
