Position: Domestic Couple: House Manager / Handyman / Cook / Housekeeper
Location: Southampton, New York (6,000 sq. ft. home)
Salary and Benefits: $200,000 to $250,000/yr with health benefits
Car provided for all work purposes

An informal, private professional couple seeks a bright, proactive, hands-on, and efficient domestic couple to manage and maintain their new home and grounds in Southampton, NY. This live-in role requires prior experience as a domestic couple in a high-end home, with a polished, professional demeanor and a hands-on mentality. The successful candidates will reside on the property and cater proactively to the principals needs and ensure the home is always guest ready.
The ideal couple will be flexible, detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable working both together and independently. They should take initiative, perform daily walkthroughs of the home and grounds, and manage all aspects of the residence with minimal supervision while respecting Employer/Employee boundaries.
Required skills include cooking, housekeeping, laundry, serving, driving (errands and airport pick-ups), and basic home and grounds maintenance. The couple will oversee vendors, maintain a House Manual with checklists, and collaborate with the family office and management at other properties for seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the residence, performing daily walkthroughs to ensure all systems are in proper working order and the home is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Oversee cooking, housekeeping, food and beverage service, and laundry (including steaming and ironing for principals and guests),
Act as the primary point of contact for the principals within the home, always maintaining high service levels.
Conduct daily checks on the cleanliness and readiness of all interior rooms and grounds, including pool maintenance.
Work closely with outside vendors and contractors to address maintenance needs and oversee projects,
Maintain House Manual and utilize checklists for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
Ensure the residence is appropriately stocked, run errands, handle airport pick-ups and other driving assignments, and complete additional tasks as requested.
Take sole responsibility for the estate when the principals are away, protecting and maintaining the property to an exceptional standard.
Job Requirements:
Education, Training, and Experience:
Proven experience as a domestic couple in a high-end home, with full-time management and protection of a principals estate.
Proficiency in cooking, housekeeping, serving, driving, maintaining home and grounds (including pool oversight).
Ability to oversee vendors, contractors, and projects with strong organizational and communication skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with pride in delivering 5-star service and little need for supervision.
Respect for the privacy of the principals, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
