What You'll Do:

• Lead & Innovate: Develop and implement EHS programs that enhance workplace safety and sustainability.
• Ensure Compliance: Stay ahead of local, state, and federal regulations, keeping our workplace fully compliant.
• Train & Empower: Conduct engaging safety training sessions to build a proactive safety culture.
• Analyze & Improve: Conduct audits, investigate incidents, and implement solutions to minimize risks.
• Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with leadership and employees at all levels to foster a strong EHS mindset.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends and emerging regulations to continuously improve EHS performance.

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years in an EHS role, ideally within the beverage or manufacturing industry.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
• Certifications (Preferred): CSP, CIH, NEBOSH, or similar safety/environmental management certifications.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
