Manpower Engineering is exclusively partnering with a very reputable, well established and growing company in Spring Green, WI on a highly visible and direct hire/permanent Civil/Structural Engineer position that’s available due to continue growth and has strong growth/advancement potential.

JOB DESCRIPTION
 
Responsibilities:
 

• Perform structural engineering calculations and drafting to design wood, concrete, and steel structures with guidance from senior engineers while gaining experience and learning the skills necessary to independently carry out successful projects.
• Will have knowledge and proficiency with structural codes and standards for an array of structural projects including bridge, railroad, marine, transportation, earth retention systems and buildings.
• Will be or possess the aptitude to become proficient with various design software, such as, AutoDesk AEC Collection (Advanced Steel, Revit, Plant 3D, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.), STAAD Pro, DeepEx, MathCAD, Word and Excel.
• Develop creative and economical solutions for unique and challenging problems facing our clients.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with limited guidance from Senior Structural Engineers.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Entry-level/0 years of experience.

• Experience with AutoDesk AEC Collection (Advanced Steel, Revit, Plant 3D, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.), STAAD Pro, DeepEx, MathCAD, Word and Excel.
• Experience with steel and concrete design.
• Possess strong work ethic and communication skills; be responsible, dependable, creative, thorough, detail oriented, organized and accurate.
