Seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual for an HR Associate position. This role supports the HR team by driving recruitment efforts and assisting with essential human resources tasks. Tailored for an early-career professional with some experience, passionate about advancing talent acquisition initiatives while actively contributing to the full scope of HR operations. Anticipate $21-$25/hour, dependent on experience Full suite of benefits, 401K, PTO, etc. Onsite, M-F, potential for overtime pay Key Responsibilities: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating candidate interviews Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the HR system Support onboarding by preparing materials and facilitating new hire orientations Respond to basic employee and candidate inquiries about recruitment or HR processes Compile recruitment data (e.g., applicant numbers, hiring timelines) for team reports Help with HR tasks like benefits enrollment support or policy updates as needed Ensure recruitment activities follow company guidelines and basic compliance standards Qualifications: ~ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (not required) ~1-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (e.g., internships or part-time roles) ~ Familiarity with recruitment tools and basic HR processes ~ Strong organizational and communication skills ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn HR software EEO
