Job Description

Our client is seeking a Legal Executive Assistant to join their team in Boston. This hybrid position comes with a competitive salary range of $90k-$115K and a great benefits package being a part of a fulfilling and driven culture. A Bachelor's degree and prior experience working in a law firm and/or legal department is required.

As an Executive Legal Assistant, you will support the global head of Litigation along with other litigation and transactional attorneys. You will be responsible for assisting and managing resources for partners, counsels, associates and staff attorneys. To give you a better sense of how this role will look and feel, here is some of what you can expect to take on:

  • Handle standard administrative functions such as answering calls, maintaining files, schedules and records and preparing attorney expense reports
  • Proxy into attorney’s email if granted access
  • Assist in business development through entry of activities, contact maintenance and assembling mailing lists
  • Manage tracking charts and all aspects of document preparation and processing
  • Remain responsive to client and attorney needs
