Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide top-notch support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have an active NJ P&C insurance license, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. You will assist clients with policy inquiries, coverage options, renewal and endorsement processing, claims assistance and reporting, and general customer service needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage questions.
• Educate clients on insurance products and recommend suitable coverage options.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Process claims, endorsements, and renewals efficiently.
• Maintain accurate client records in the system.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey Insurance License (Property & Casualty).
• Previous experience in customer service or insurance-related roles.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
