Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to assist with the planning, execution, analysis and optimization of key marketing campaigns. This role will focus on direct mail marketing , Meta ad campaigns , and influencer marketing , as well as playing a key part in driving brand awareness and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver, super detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment for a quickly growing company in the rare collectibles space! Key Responsibilities Direct Mail Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the design, production, and distribution of direct mail materials, including postcards, brochures, and catalogs. Manage the list segmentation, targeting, and tracking of direct mail campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness. Monitor response rates and campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement. Work with operations team to enhance tracking database functionality. Meta Ad Campaigns (Facebook & Instagram): Support the creation and management of Meta ad campaigns, including Facebook and Instagram ads. Track and analyze key performance metrics such as CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPC (Cost Per Click), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), Conversion Ratio. Help create engaging ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies for both prospecting and retargeting audiences. Make data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements. Influencer Marketing Campaigns: Assist in identifying and managing relationships with influencers that align with the brand's goals and target audience. Coordinate with influencers to execute campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking. Monitor influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards and messaging guidelines. Analyze the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization. Reporting & Analytics: Create regular reports for each campaign (direct mail, Meta ads, and influencer marketing) to track performance and ROI. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns based on data analysis. Ensure web analytics tracking modules are setup correctly to properly analyze current & new campaigns. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams including design, content, and sales to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned and cohesive. Manage communication with external vendors, including print houses and digital advertising partners. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in direct mail marketing, social media advertising, or influencer marketing. Strong understanding of Meta ad platforms (Facebook/Instagram) and influencer marketing best practices. Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills. Proficient in Google Analytics & Microsoft Suite. Strongly detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Creative, results-driven, and eager to contribute ideas to improve campaigns. Preferred Skills Experience with HubSpot. Knowledge of SEO, CRO, A/B testing principles. ChatGPT.
