Our client is a rapidly growing voice AI startup (Seed $10M) at the forefront of conversational AI technology, revolutionizing customer communication. Their no-code platform powers over 10 million voice calls monthly in more than 30 countries, offering human-like AI voice agents for various business applications.

  • Location: Remote U.S.

  • ACV: 30k-100k (Mid-Market)

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to join their sales team. This remote position, based in the U.S., offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge AI and voice technology startup.

What You'll Do
  • Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales quotas

  • Develop strategies to generate a new logo pipeline

  • Conduct discovery calls and deliver product demos

  • Negotiate contracts and navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making processes

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key customers and partners

  • Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Provide feedback to leadership on market trends and customer needs

  • Continuously refine sales techniques and product knowledge

What You Bring
  • At least 3 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience in Mid-market or Enterprise segments

  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas with $30K-$100K ACV deals

  • Mastery of sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, Challenger, MEDDIC)

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

  • Ideally, experience selling AI Voice Technology to Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales teams

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship
