Tallgrass Creek is a beautiful 65-acre continuing care retirement community located in Overland Park, just minutes from Kansas City and the Kansas and Missouri border. We're part of a growing network of communities managed and developed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states-and growing.

Servers are responsible for serving residents and guest meals in a friendly, service-oriented manner. The server records and inputs into the POS system beverage and food orders delivers and serves food, ensures exceptional guest service. Our customers look forward to interacting and sharing their day with our knowledgeable, friendly servers!

How you will make an impact:

• Become a subject matter expert on menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods
• Engage our residents and their guests by sharing daily menu highlights and offering recommendations; based on knowing their preferences
• Accurately record food and beverage orders.
• Consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Compensation: Pay starts at $12.00 per hour

Schedule: 3-4 shifts per week

What you will need:

• Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred.
• Friendly and energetic communication skills.
• The desire to provide top-notch service.
