Research Assistant

A leading non-profit research institute pioneering regenerative orthopaedic treatments is seeking a Research Assistant to support and advance its mission. This role is ideal for an organized, analytical, and self-motivated professional passionate about medical research and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Research Study Management: Maintain study site files, assist in statistical analysis, prepare study materials, enroll patients, and coordinate sample collection.
• Data Management: Manage a research database of 2,500+ patients, oversee data quality control, and optimize data entry workflows.
• Scientific Writing & Presentation Creation: Conduct literature reviews, draft manuscripts, create presentations, and manage conference submissions.
• Grant Writing & Administration: Assist in preparing grant applications and managing scientific equipment inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; prior experience in medical research or orthopaedics preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting.

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000–$60,000 salary based on experience.
