Our client, a leading enterprise undergoing digital transformation, is seeking an experienced SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Consultant to join their technology team in Austin, Texas. This is a full-time hybrid role, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the week and occasional travel required for project needs. Please note, our client is unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time. Candidates must have U.S. citizenship or hold a valid Green Card.

As part of a dynamic SAP team, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering innovative BTP-based solutions that support strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customized SAP BTP solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate across technical and functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and other platforms.
• Provide architectural guidance and contribute to system strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead workshops, user training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Oversee system performance, optimization, and cloud infrastructure scalability.
• Maintain compliance with security and data privacy protocols.
• Monitor new SAP BTP releases and incorporate relevant innovations into the system landscape.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP services such as Integration Suite, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, and AI/ML services.
• Working knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and integration tools.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, or ABAP is an advantage.
• Prior experience in system integration and cloud-based architecture.
• SAP BTP certifications preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5 and modern user interface development.
• Experience in Agile project environments.
• Understanding of data governance, ETL processes, and migration methodologies.
• Awareness of cloud security best practices.
