Job Description

We are hiring a Sr. Art Director for a top CPG/Retail client in Dania, Beach Florida! The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving creative direction, developing multi-channel campaigns, and ensuring consistent storytelling across all assets. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, leadership, and the ability to execute high-quality visual work while maintaining brand consistency and evolving creative strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage multi-channel creative campaigns in partnership with cross functional teams, ensuring strategic alignment with marketing goals.
• Lead conceptual design direction and the development and execution of compelling, brand forward creative assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels while evolving visual storytelling to meet growing business needs.
• Provide creative direction for photography and video shoots, ensuring visually engaging content that aligns with brand identity.
• Partner with writers and stakeholders, including Creative Directors, marketing teams, and leadership, to develop innovative creative strategies.
• Guide a team of designers and collaborate with writers, content strategists, and production teams to execute high-quality work efficiently.
• Analyze performance data and campaign insights to optimize creative strategies and influence future design decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience designing for an agency or brand, with a strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel creative campaigns, with a focus on video.
• Expertise in art direction, branding, visual storytelling, and digital content creation across various platforms.
• Strong typography, layout, and design skills, with a deep understanding of brand identity and marketing strategy.
• Ability to problem-solve creatively, troubleshoot design challenges, and provide strategic solutions.
• Experience leading photo and video production, with an eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
• Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to mentor designers and collaborate across departments.
• Ability to internalize brand voice and creative guidelines while pushing the creative envelope in a strategic way.
