*PER DIEM SLP HOME CARE POSITION AVAILABLE IN MANHATTAN*

Outreach PT, OT, and SLP is a *well-established, highly reputed private practice* that has been serving *older adults in New York for over 20 years.* We specialize in providing *in-home outpatient rehabilitation* to individuals who may not be able to attend an outpatient clinic or prefer to receive therapy at home. Due to continued growth, we are looking for *dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)* to join our team and work with the geriatric populations.

*Qualifications of Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP):*
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Valid NYS SLP License
* 1 year of experience working with older adults preferred
* Home care experience is a plus

*Responsibilities of Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP):*
* Conduct *comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing assessments*
* Develop and implement *individualized treatment plans*
* Provide appropriate Speech/Swallow *Treatment and recommendations*
* Train patients and caregivers in *compensatory strategies and home exercises*
* Collaborate with *PTs, OTs, caregivers, and physicians* for a holistic care approach

*Job Type:* Per Diem (Flexible Scheduling)

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
