Position: Administrative Assistant
Status: Part-time, 2-3 days / week
Location: North Vancouver
Compensation: $25-28/ hour
Description:
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
• Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
• Provide clerical support, including proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, Jobber and Spreadsheets, including invoicing and tracking expenses.
• Contact suppliers, sub-trades and clients for billing and scheduling.
• Work independently as well as alongside the owner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Other Requirements:
• Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
• Experience in clerical duties, including filing and document management.
• Excellent customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to take calls when needed efficiently while maintaining professional communication.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess great communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of common office software applications.
• Comfortable with tight deadlines and a demanding environment.
• Must enjoy working with minimal supervision.
• Social media posting and ad placement knowledge is preferred.
